District De-Addiction Centre (DDAC) is a treatment, counseling, and rehabilitation centre dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction to alcohol, drugs, tobacco, and other substances. The centre provides preventive, curative, and rehabilitative services to support healthy, productive, and socially integrated lives.
DDAC follows a holistic approach by addressing the medical, psychological, emotional, social, and behavioral aspects of recovery. A multidisciplinary team of doctors, counselors, psychologists, social workers, and trained staff provides personalized care in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment.
The centre also conducts awareness programmes, outreach activities, and community initiatives to educate people about the harmful effects of substance abuse and promote healthy lifestyles.

Outreach and Drop-In Centre (ODIC) is a community-based support centre designed to provide early intervention, counseling, guidance, and referral services for individuals vulnerable to substance use disorders. The centre offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where beneficiaries can access basic care, awareness, and rehabilitation support. ODIC also works to connect individuals with treatment and recovery services while promoting harm reduction and community outreach.
About IRCA
Integrated Rehabilitation Centre for Addicts (IRCA) provides treatment, counseling, rehabilitation, and recovery support for individuals affected by substance abuse and addiction. The programme focuses on helping beneficiaries overcome addiction through professional care, behavioral support, life skills, and social reintegration services. IRCAs promote long-term recovery and help individuals rebuild their lives with dignity, confidence, and community support.
