Mr. Panna Dey s/o Late Mr.Pijush Ranjan Dey a resident of Gangotri Enclave, Uliyan,P.O-Kadma Jamshedpur, Jharkhand has been associated with MAN College of Special Education and Psychological Studies as a Lecturer cum Coordinator for B.Ed. in Special Education (Intellectual and Developmental Disability) since 08^th April 2023. Mr.Panna Dey has completed B.A (Economics) in 2000 from IGNOU, New Delhi. He has completed B.Ed in Special Education through distance mode from M.P. Bhoj Open University, Bhopal in 2003. He has completed M.A in Education in academic session 2013-15 from Shobhit University, Meerut and then he has successfully completed M.Ed in Special Education with specialization in Mental Retardation from Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University (presently known as RKMVERI), Coimbatore, Tamilnadu with Distinction. He has also completed M.S.W in 2018 from J.R.N Rajasthan Vidyapeeth. Mr.Panna Dey has completed Certificate Course in Assistive Technology and P.G.Diploma in Special Olympics from Rama Krishna Mission Vivekananda University, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Apart from that he is nationally trained Special Olympic Coach and associated with Special Olympics Jharkhand Chapter since 2010. He has served under D.P.E.P and S.S.A Project (IED Component. He has served as Special Educator in School of Hope, Jamshedpur, and Jharkhand for about 6 years. He has 08 years teaching experience at Voice of World Teachers Training College at D.Ed Special Education and also has 01 year teaching experience in B.Ed Special Education under Netaji Subhash Open University, Kolkata.
